    Healthy High Calorie Foods (not so much dairy and sugar)?

    I created this recipe on my own

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Txbuddies Weight Gain Pudding

    8 Eight egg whites (Organic Valley Egg Whites) or any pasteurized egg whites

    coconut oil, hazelnut oil

    1/2 pack of dried mangos (kept in water to moisten for a few hours)

    2 bananas

    2 teaspoons of Carob powder

    1 cup of hemp milk or rice milk

    4 tablespoons of almond butter or cashew butter
    ============================

    Fry eggs in coconut oil or avocado oil. I prefer coconut oil
    fill blender with one cup of hemp milk (vanilla flavored)
    add eggs to blender, add in almond butter, 1 tablespoon of hazelnut oil, fruit and blend.
    Add carob powder only if you want a chocolate flavor. Taste mixture, If your batch is not sweet enough, add in more fruit. Chill and enjoy!
