Healthy High Calorie Foods (not so much dairy and sugar)?

Try Scandishakes....I discovered them on this site and they are doing wonders for my 10 yearr old. He has always had a weight problem. Since starting these shakes he has put on almost 5lbs in 2 weeks. He loves them as hot chocolate and cold. I send one in a thermos to school with him to have with lunch to. They are great!!!!!!
