    Aerobics, anyone!?

For a long time, I was able to continue with Judo and Aikido to keep my lungs clear, but lately, my lungs have been getting worse.
It's been three years ago when I had a serious injury which messed up my colar bone. Because of that, I was basically "kicked out" of my Aikido because the instructor wouldn't take the responsibility if I got a worse injury. I don't blame him for that, but it is the reason why I couldn't continue practicing, because I didn't just "Quit".
Anyway, since that type of cardiopulmonary excercise is no longer a way of life for me, and my Iaido is not enough, the wife has been "harrassing" me to find some other form of excercise, whether it be swimming, aerobics, or even basic calestenics. I find it difficult enough to find the time in the day for some things I want to do, but to find time for something to help may be equally difficult.
So, from this, I'M wondering what other ideas there are. The wife was actually suggesting to get an aerobics video, which would save on the time and expense of going to a sports club. Though having access to a club offers more space than what little is available at home.
Ideas are welcome, maybe they'll give me a little direction in what I want to accomplish. (fulfilling what I enjoyed from Aikido with getting good cardiopulmonary excercise)

    Aerobics, anyone!?

    Hi Fred,
I don't have CF, but I am a 41 yr old male and I started doing Yoga a little over a year ago. I do a constant flow Yoga, which incorporates stretching, but also a good cardio work out as well. It has helped me lose a few pounds, increase my flexibility, get my cholesterol in check and mellow out a bit afterward. It is also good at teaching you to control your breathing. I need a class environment like the YMCA to stay motivated. Look for a class called "Power" Yoga.....Sean
