I think this is a great idea as well. I totally agree that fragrances and chemicals are bad for everyone to breath...especially CF patients. I think prevention is definately how our kids can stay healthy.

I'm so glad to see this topic here too. More and more studies are proving how our environment affects not only people with CF, but everyone. However, it is especially important for CF'ers to try to avoid harmful chemicals and fragrances. And it is a topic that most people are just starting to become aware (even in our society).

I found a really good article that I have been adding some information to -- and I didn't know where to post it. Now I will finish it and post it here.

I am a mother 12 years old girl with CF from Georgia. Its little country with very beautiful nature. Here are a lot of greens and fresh air in mountins, especially in such as resorts as Borjomi,Bakuriani,Surami and others. This region is rich with evergreens, like firgrove, fine forest.Last year I took my children in Borjomi in summer time at first time and I observed that during 3 weeks my doughter with CF had not any cough, when she always had it in Tbilisi, capital of Georgia, where we live.So envioroment with fool of oxigen is wholesome for our children
