I recently added Greens Plus Wildberry burst to my daily regime. I was hoping it would help with my terrible sleep and energy problems.
However, I've tried it the way they suggest with just the water and it's practically unbearable.
I'm not too big a fan of smoothies so I was thinking of maybe adding a bit to my Boosts every morning...so I'd still get the benefit without having to put up with the taste.

In the meantime, are there any suggestions for getting my Greens Plus down in a tastier way?

It is pretty gross! I usually make sure my water is ICE cold....and I chug fast, haha! I drink 16 ounces every morning and night. I do usually have a "chaser" waiting for me, like some yummy orange juice or something <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Good luck finding something to tone down the taste....and please share if you find anything.

The greens plus has helped my body tremendously! I love it!

Thanks for the tip!
I have a feeling I've been adding too much powder to my 8 ounces of water. I think I'll start diluting it until I can bare it.
And it's good to know it helps you too! I don't want to have to chug that stuff all day if there isn't the chance of it helping, you know!?

Orange juice is great to mix the Wild Berry Burst Greens+ powder with, grape juice works well too. One trick is to put the powder on top of the juice in the shaker cup and mix it-that way it doesn't become lumpy. You can use as much juice as you like as well so maybe it would taste better to you in 16oz. of juice instead of 8oz. Greens+ has an Orange Greensicle flavor as well and you can try a free sample of it by e-mailing your address to me at [email protected] I can also send you a free shaker if you don't have one. Please feel free to e-mail me with any questions that you have on the products as well and I would be happy to answer.

I've been on the Greens+ powder for 13 years and couldn't imagine my life without it. It is truly an amazing product.

You can find more detailed information on all of the ingredients and even testimonials on the product at www.greensplus.com

I make a smoothie out of it. Even if you're not typically into that, I think it goes down pretty well. I start by crushing six ice cubes, then put about a cup of orange juice, some frozen fruit (usually pineapple or blueberries), and a banana before blending it all up. Oh, and I put some lemon juice in it to get rid of the smell. It actually is quite tasty, and I have it for my breakfast.

I've been buying protein greens from my chiropractor's office rather than the greensplus--I suppose it's not quite the same thing but it fills me up in the morning (for all morning) and gives me lots of energy.
