Last year I ran in the run to breathe 10k in new York. That was my first time fundraising for cf. I wanted to challenge myself so I decided to run a 16 mile run and fundraise for cf at the same time. I am very excited and have put a team together. I have found running to be the best form of airway clearance for me. I am running a half marathon this Saturday to prepare myself for the August run. Are there any other runs out there that you can fundraise for cf?

Exercise is so important for us and it is vital to our health. I want to inspire other cf'ers to exercise, if I can do it you can too!

Here is my fundraising page so you can learn more about me!

Sabrina, I would just like to let you know you are truly an inspiration to ALL. I applaud you for what you have done and your great attitude. I truly wish we lived closer to each other because you would be a great running partner to have. Keep up the great work and I wish you all the best in the race. =)

Where do you live? Someday, I would love to run in races all over the country/world <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> Maybe, my next race will be near you! Running is so important and I just want other CF'ers to understand that they can exercise for their health too. Any small or large exercise activity for Cf'ers is another tool that we can use to fight CF.
