05-07-2018, 08:00 PM
The CFF is hosting a virtual event for those with CF and their caregivers on Sunday, June 3, from 4-9:30 p.m. ET. There will be keynote speakers and small breakout sessions to connect with others and discuss topics such as Sibling Relationships, Living a Fulfilling Life with CF, New Diagnosis, CF and School, Communicating with Your Care Team, Parenting and CF, Transitioning from Pediatric to Adult Care and others!

This 5 1/2 hour event has so much to offer. You can participate in all 3 of the breakout sessions or if you're short on time, you can choose to participate in just 1.

Here's some more information from the CFF:

Cystic fibrosis is a family affair. From the moment of diagnosis, day-to-day expectations can transform for those with CF and everyone close to them. Questions and emotions can change the nature of family dynamics and relationships, sometimes in unexpected and emotional ways. As we live out each day, celebrate life's milestones, and continue to grow into who we are, CF touches every one of us.

Participants will explore how families evolve and relate to each other while living with cystic fibrosis. All event sessions are open to everyone in the CF community age 18 and older where we'll gather many perspectives to connect, learn, and inspire each other. Check out the agenda (https://cff.swoogo.com/familycon/agenda) to view all event sessions.
